Air Bubble Jet Spray Tip
Revolutionary Air Bubble Jet spray tips draw air into
the stream of liquid being sprayed improving chemical
contact with the leaf and greatly reducing drift.
The number of small droplets is reduced, limiting
drift, and air bubbles are created in the larger
droplets causing them to collapse on contact with the
leaf and disperse evenly. The Air Bubble Jets overcome
the problems of conventional jet nozzles that
form both large droplets that run off the leaves and
small droplets that drift. Air Bubble Jets can be used
for pull type or high clearance sprayers, and are also ISO color-coded
(i.e. if you use a yellow 0.2, now you would use a yellow 0.2 Bubble Jet.)
• Up to 58% less drift compared to conventional drift reduction nozzles.
• Proven experience
• No high pressure required to operate properly, as in other air induction
nozzles. Operate at normal pressure similar to an extended range, 20-
90 PSI (30-45 PSI is the best operating range for drift control and exceptional
plant coverage).
• Uniform droplet sizing (350 micron) for outstanding plant coverage.
• 100-degree tapered edge flat spray pattern for uniform coverage in
broadcast spraying.
• Made of Chemital for long wearing durability. Easy to take apart for
cleaning.
