This project connects primary students with their community museums.<br />
During the pilot program, students spent a day at a local museum<br />
making digital films about the objects in the collection. The kit is now<br />
available free to schools and museums and is aligned with the<br />
Australian History Curriculum.<br />

'Voyage' is an ensemble performance work adapted and devised from<br />
the shipboard diaries <strong>of</strong> 1880's migrant Thomas Pender. 'Voyage'<br />
articulates an episode <strong>of</strong> our Australia migrant history and asks: 'Who<br />
are the authorities <strong>of</strong> our history?'<br />

This Gipps-Land Gate celebrates DDHS's 50th Anniversary with articles<br />
on local, social and <strong>Society</strong> history. Max Curtain is acknowledged for his<br />
outstanding contribution to Dandenong's youth; pioneer Joseph Hawdon<br />
and Colonel Hutton's 19thC contribution are recalled, and recognition<br />
given to those who have supported the <strong>Society</strong> during its 50 years.<br />

online exploration <strong>of</strong> the Flinders Street Station precinct. The focus<br />
is on the internal exploration <strong>of</strong> the heritage buildings with<br />
accompanying anecdotal stories and photos. Additional material can<br />
be readily uploaded - continuing to weave the threads <strong>of</strong><br />
Melbourne's history.<br />
