within the context <strong>of</strong> the new National Disability Insurance Scheme.<br />
Ray Parkin's Odyssey<br />

Through POW artwork and diaries, this explores Ray's journey<br />
from Collingwood 1910 to his battle on the HMAS Perth in 1942<br />
and his years <strong>of</strong> imprisonment on the Thai Burma Railway and<br />
Japan. Through this hardship, a natural observer <strong>of</strong> nature, men<br />
and life at its best and most dangerous.<br />
