National Brightwells Welsh <strong>In</strong>-<strong>Hand</strong> Championships will be held on <strong>Sunday</strong><br />
11 th August 2013 at the Three Counties <strong>Show</strong>ground, Malvern. Champion<br />
and Reserve and the two best geldings from the four Welsh Sections and<br />
Part-Bred Section will qualify.<br />
Classes 45-47 are qualifiers for the Tam O’Shanter Championship and the<br />
Young <strong>Hand</strong>ler Classes at the BCPS <strong>In</strong>-<strong>Hand</strong> <strong>Show</strong> to be held at Morton<br />
Morrell Agricultural College, Warwickshire on 21 st July 2013.<br />
The South West <strong>Pony</strong> Association Championships to be held on 6/7/8<br />
September 2013 at the David Broome Event Centre, Crick, Gwent.The two<br />
highest placed exhibits not already qualified within the first four in classes 1-<br />
21, 28-43 and 45-55 qualify for the SWPA Championships. To enter the<br />
championships complete and return the entry form on signed qualification<br />
card with any registration fees due within 14 days of this show. Please note:<br />
Registration fee for 2013 is £25 to include all members of the family and<br />
equines owned by the family.<br />
This show is affiliated to the Equifest <strong>Show</strong>ing <strong>Show</strong>, to be held at the East<br />
of England <strong>Show</strong>ground on 14-18 August 2013. The Two highest exhibits<br />
not already qualified in classes 1-<strong>12</strong>, 16-18, 31-41 and 45-47 will qualify.<br />
Silver Medal Rosettes are offered by the National <strong>Pony</strong> <strong>Society</strong> for the best<br />
registered pony owned by an NPS Qualifying or Life member in the M&M,<br />
<strong>Show</strong> <strong>Pony</strong> and <strong>Show</strong> Hunter <strong>Pony</strong> <strong>In</strong>-<strong>Hand</strong> sections. Qualifiers are<br />
entitled to compete in the final of the Silver Medal Rosette Championship<br />
to be held at the NPS Summer Championship <strong>Show</strong> 6 th -8 th August 2013.<br />

NPS <strong>In</strong> <strong>Hand</strong> Silver Medal Rosette Championships<br />
A Silver Medal Rosette is offered by the National <strong>Pony</strong> <strong>Society</strong> for the<br />
best registered pony owned by an NPS Qualifying or Life member in the<br />
Mountain and Moorland, <strong>Show</strong> Hunter <strong>Pony</strong> and <strong>Show</strong> <strong>Pony</strong> Classes at<br />
this <strong>Show</strong>.<br />
NPS Silver Medal Rosette Championships: These classes are judged under the<br />
Rules of the NPS.<br />
NPS Silver Medal Rosettes are only awarded when the owner of the<br />
champion pony is a Qualifying or Life member of the NPS. If the Champion<br />
pony has previously qualified it is still entitled to the Silver Medal Rosette but<br />
the qualification goes to the Reserve Champion pony, provided the owner of<br />
that pony is a member of the NPS. The Silver Medal Rosette and the<br />
qualification card can be awarded no lower than first Reserve (third). Foals<br />
are not eligible for Silver Medal Championships.
