MiG-21 MF
Starting the motor acts, taxiing, turning off the engine
a) Before starting:
- Connect the airport source
- Turn on IP
- BATTERY
- AGD, DA-200 (horizontal bar)
- RADIO
- ARK
- RV-UM, MRP
- KSI
- Switch the type of activities on the ARK-10 position in
COMPASS
- Press CONTROL to check signal panel.
b) Preparation for starting the engine:
- GENERATORS
- PUMP SUPPLIES TANK
- PUMPS first A 3 GROUPS OF TANKS
- PUMPING STATION
- STARTING UNITS
- Kick SWITCH TO COLD START POSITION
- Control signal:
- PRESSURE DROP AMPLIFIER
- DECREASE PRESSURE HYDRAULICS
- GENERATOR OFF
- Voltmeter: 28 - 29V
c) Starting the engine:
- Move POM to stop IDLE.
- Push button STARTING TO EARTH 2 to 3 seconds, yet
check alarm IGNITION OFF the table.
- At 10 to 15% increase in n2, check and check the oil
pressure light has gone out
- At 20 to 25% of n2 the pressure in the hydraulic systems
of at least 185 kg / cm 2 at a pressure of more than
195 kg / cm 2 alarm goes off the table.
- Check the temperature of exhaust gas, a maximum of
710 ° C
- For 40 seconds. by pressing the engine start signal goes
out to check the OFF IGNITION on the table
The engine must be shut down immediately in the
following cases:
- With a steep drop in oil pressure in the engine.
- Leakage of fuel or oil (reported techniques).
- Sharp increase in exhaust gas temperatures.
- Whipping flames or sparks from the engine nozzle
(reporting techniques).
- Shaking of the plane.
- When surges
- Strong penetration of smoke into the cabin.
- Leaving the plane of the retaining wedges.
- In case of icing on the input system (reported by
technician).
d) After starting the engine:
- Turn on IP:
- CONE
- EFFECT trim
- SARPP
- AP
- AGD (vertical bar)
- SOD
- ARU-3V (Automatic)
- SPS
- BUSTR aileron
- Disconnect airport source
e) Before taxiing:
- Check the flaps in position TAKE OFF
- Turn on / turn check AUTOMATIC BRAKING WHEEL
- Put on an oxygen mask or label GS
- Give the command to remove the aircraft technician
provide ground and close canopy
- Close the locks, sealed canopy lever-sealing together
and up
- Control by closing the cover turns off the bulb of the
hermetic closure lever
- Check the sealing UVPD-20, a maximum differential
pressure 0.08 kg / cm 2
- Notify management cockpit flying closure and request
permission to taxi
f) Taxiing
- Release the brakes
- Increase the speed n2 of about 70%
- After driving 1 meter slow down and check the brakes
- Increase the speed n2 at 80%, starting from the station
and download at idle
- Vyšlápnout rudder stops braking current to turn the
airplane taxiing direction to the radius of the inside wheel is
not less than 5 meters
Speed taxiing:
- In a straight line to 30 km/h
- The spin without pods to 15 km/h
- The spin of the pods to 5 km/h
- Not to allow sharp cornering brake one wheel
Note
- Taxiing to pay attention to the obstacles on the runway
and taxiway near the taxi and
to be immediately stopped.
- Distance between the planes behind pojížděcími must be
at least 100 meters to prevent damage to the engine
suction dust and debris.
- During taxiing and especially cornering control the
activities of ARK-10 and KSI
- Before entering the runway stop, brake line to stop and
allow the control engineer
Aircraft
g) Shut down the engine
- Before cooling off at idle for at least 2 minutes
- Move POM to STOP (via stop-off)
- Turn off all appliances AZS, AZS BATTERY off last
