[A61] Every few years sees ano<strong>the</strong>r ‘International Saga Conference’, most recently <strong>in</strong> Sydney <strong>in</strong> 2000,<br />

which <strong>in</strong>clude many papers <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>terest to <strong>Scand<strong>in</strong>avian</strong> <strong>history</strong> as well as Old Norse literature; <strong>the</strong><br />

proceed<strong>in</strong>gs are not normally properly published, but some <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> conferences have yielded pre-pr<strong>in</strong>ted<br />
