12 Customer Load Response <strong>Program</strong><br />
This program, will supply Company assistance by providing load management services by actively<br />
educating and providing assistance with the transition to market prices, load shaping, and participation<br />
in PJM markets. Contracting with customers for load reduction as well as assisting customers with entry<br />
into the real time energy markets will help control the demand during peak hours. A customer who<br />
participates in this program will receive incentives based on their actual hourly load reduction from their<br />
calculated baseline during events called by the Company for.the top'100 hours of load reduction.<br />
Customers will have flexibility in selecting how many hours that they can participate with 50 hours being<br />
typical.<br />
12.1 <strong>Program</strong> Updates<br />
There were no program updates to this program in PY3.<br />
12.2 Impact Evaluation Gross Savings<br />
This program was operated between June 1 and September 30 2012, there were no impacts reported<br />
for PY3. The gross impact evaluation effort is underway as of this writing, but preliminary results are not<br />
yet available.<br />
