6.3 Impact Evaluation Net Savings<br />
There were no impacts reported for PY3. The gross impact evaluation effort is underway as of this<br />
writing, but preliminary results are not yet available.<br />
6.4 Process Evaluation<br />
Process evaluation activities for this program will be detailed in PY4 reports. Activities to date include<br />
formal and informal interviews with WPP staff and participant surveys following the first summer 2012<br />
event. Additional surveys will be conducted with participants and with customers that un-enrolled<br />
during the summer of 2012 and results compared to the survey conducted directly after the first event.<br />
