The FreeMotion Incline Trainer is two<br />

machines in one, with speeds of 0-12 mph,<br />

and inclines from -3% to 30% grade. It’s<br />

powered by the innovative Direct Rear<br />

Velocity System (DRVS), a rear-drive motor<br />

system that, combined with urethane deck<br />

isolators, provides cushioning to reduce<br />

places exercisers at a 40-degree angle to<br />

reduce lower-back stress and pressure on<br />

the knees and hips. It offers aerobic and<br />

anaerobic training; automatically adjusts<br />

to the user’s speed; and accommodates all<br />

exercisers. Readouts include rate (feet per<br />

minute), distance, calories, and time. The<br />
