Unequal WOR (unequal probability sampling without repl<strong>ac</strong>ement). In addition to using<br />

the finite population correction, Unequal WOR <strong>ac</strong>counts for sampling units (usually<br />

clusters) select<strong>ed</strong> with unequal probability. Th<strong>is</strong> estimation method <strong>is</strong> available<br />

only in the first stage.<br />

Th<strong>is</strong> step <strong>is</strong> us<strong>ed</strong> to specify inclusion probabilities or population sizes for the current<br />

stage. Sizes can be fix<strong>ed</strong> or can vary <strong>ac</strong>ross strata. For the purpose of specifying sizes,<br />

clusters specifi<strong>ed</strong> in previous stages can be us<strong>ed</strong> to define strata.<br />

Units. You can specify ex<strong>ac</strong>t population sizes or the probabilities with which units<br />

were sampl<strong>ed</strong>.
