Registered pesticides that can be used for outdoor mosquito control
To provide more choices of pesticides, in particular, the less hazardous one for mosquito
control, this Department has registered 5 new pesticides and relaxed the formulation and
concentration restrictions of 3 registered pesticides. This will allow the users to have more
selections in outdoor mosquito control products and prevent the development of resistance to
a particular pesticide. A list of “Registered Pesticides that can be used for Outdoor Mosquito
Control” at Appendix is attached for your reference.
