●Continue to develop the historic liberal arts foundation of the discipline<br />

and profession of architecture, particularly as it responds to a call for<br />

enhanced interdisciplinary courses and opportunities for both faculty and<br />

students<br />

●Continue to enhance the 'capstone' (thesis) requirement of the School of<br />

<strong>Architecture</strong>, ensuring both adequate complexity and comprehensiveness<br />

for both faculty and students<br />

●Enhance the development of the School of <strong>Architecture</strong>'s current<br />

'capstone experience,' in particular as it is a requirement of <strong>Tulane</strong>'s<br />

Renewal Plan<br />

●Seek correspondence with the <strong>Tulane</strong> Renewal Plan, particularly as it<br />

affects curricular delivery and pedagogical approaches<br />

●Develop a plan for new curricular offerings, including a Masters of<br />

<strong>Architecture</strong> and Urban Design Degree; a Masters of<br />

<strong>Architecture</strong>/Masters in Business Administration Degree and a Masters of<br />

<strong>Architecture</strong>/Masters of Environmental Law degree programs Stage the<br />

plan according to academic years<br />
