LCV: Treatment<br />
• Patients with normal UA <strong>and</strong> clinically well –<br />
nonaggressive treatment: rest , elevation of<br />
the leg, analgesics, avoidance of trauma <strong>and</strong><br />
treat underlying cause<br />
• NSAIDs,<br />
• Colchicine, dapsone for chronic vasculitis<br />
• Systemic corticosteroids for serious systemic<br />
manifestations or necrotic lesions
