• Normal vital signs<br />
• General: appears well in NAD<br />
• Skin exam: palpable hemorrhagic<br />
papules coalescing into plaques,<br />
bilateral <strong>and</strong> symmetric on lower<br />
extremities<br />
• Also with bilateral pedal edema<br />
• Labs: normal CBC, PT, PTT, INR<br />
• ANA < 1:40<br />
• Negative ANCA, cryoglobulins<br />
• HIV negative, negative hepatitis<br />
serologies (except for HBVsAb positive)<br />
