have against <strong>Pinnacle</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>Club</strong> and any volunteers/employees/sponsors for injury or damages that I, or<br />
any member of my family or guests, may sustain as a result of participating in the <strong>Pinnacle</strong> Turkey Trot & Strut.<br />
<strong>Pinnacle</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>Club</strong> will not render any medical services (except for minor cuts or scrapes) but will be<br />
available to contact emergency services if necessary.<br />
I have read the above and release the waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to<br />
