After sending your invitation to tender,<br />
you receive tenders from various potential<br />
suppliers. You can quickly and simply<br />
enter the names of the companies<br />
submitting the tenders and read the<br />
prices from different data carriers into<br />
<strong>AUER</strong> Success NG . You quickly gain an<br />
overview of the tendering companies’<br />
prices using the price comparison function.<br />
<strong>The</strong> prices will be<br />
revised in a clear and<br />
comprehensive table<br />
Tender variants<br />
You do not have to use the price comparison<br />
just on the basis of the specification<br />
catalogue quantities, but also<br />
with the different forecast amounts and<br />
with actual quantities invoiced. Forecast<br />
amounts can be read in a concise<br />
spreadsheet or in the "construction<br />

Data carrier exchange<br />

Using the Bundesvergabegesetz<br />
(Purchase contract award act) as a<br />
basis, the best economic offer can be<br />
calculated. In addition to the price, various<br />
other quality criteria can be taken<br />
into account. For the presetting<br />
10 quality criteria are available.<br />
Tender evaluation and price comparison<br />
list<br />
<strong>The</strong> programme checks the tenders for<br />
you in terms of completeness and for<br />
any miscalculations. Miscalculations<br />
will be stored in a protocol, according<br />
to guidelines and calculated to a final<br />
sum. You can then compare your own<br />
prices with the theoretically cheapest<br />
tender and the average sum. When<br />
awarding the contract you can create a<br />
data file with the awarding specification<br />
catalogue. This way, you can exchange<br />
the set prices with your contractual partners.<br />
Alongside that, there are interfaces<br />
which enable you to export the data in<br />
CSV format or as an Excel spreadsheet.<br />

Auditing<br />
Auditing takes place on a second data<br />
level above the contracting agency's<br />
dimensions. If corrections need to be<br />
made to the formula or the item number,<br />
delete the original by pressing the button.<br />
<strong>The</strong> correct basis is then written in<br />
the new line above it. <strong>The</strong> data transfer<br />
is guaranteed in the further linkage.<br />
Calculations are carried out freely or by<br />
using one of the approx. 170 available<br />
formulas.<br />
<strong>The</strong> quantity calculations are either<br />
transferred in <strong>AUER</strong> Success NG format or<br />
via the optional import interface, according<br />

Comparison of target and actual<br />
budget<br />
<strong>The</strong> data of the calculation represent<br />
the cost budget of the construction site.<br />
Due to the integration with the invoicing<br />
of construction works, actual costs and<br />
actual working hours are invoiced. By<br />
means of a permanent comparison of<br />
actual vs. target figures, deviations can<br />
be quickly recognised and analysed,<br />
while trends can be calculated in advance.<br />
<strong>The</strong> interaction between the data of the<br />
invoice, costing and cost accounting or<br />
registration of work hours result in two<br />
different controlling possibilities.<br />
<strong>The</strong> data for the target/actual comparison can be replaced by way of an integrated interface.<br />
Target/actual costs<br />
<strong>The</strong> assignment of costs is realised<br />
through an adaptation of calculated<br />
costs to commercial cost accounting.<br />
