STORM 4000 H WORKING Start of the painting operations MIN 1/2 MAX English • Use the tooling after performing all the SETTING UP operations above described. • Dip the suction pipe into the product tank. • Open the petrol manifold (H1). H3 • Press the key (H4) to ON (I). • Pull the start-up cord (H5) completely. H5 H4 ON (I) OFF (0) • Shift the lever (H2) depending on the temperature outside, as shown on the label below. H1 H2 • Open the safety-relief valve (H6) (turn clockwise so as the pin slides on the cam track). • Press the ON (I) switch (H7) of the equipment and turn a bit the pressure control knob clockwise (H8), so as the machine works at the idle speed. STORM 4000 • Make sure the product recycles from the return tube. • Close the drain valve (H6) (turn clockwise the knob till the click of the cam). • Now the machine carries on sucking the product till the flexible hose is full, up to the gun, and then it will stop automatically once reached the preset pressure. English I Regulations • Loosen the handles (I1) to lower the support bracket. • Loosen the handles (I2) to release the support bracket of both guns, to adjust the horizontal position. I2 I1 I2 I1 • Loosen the handles (I3) to adjust the horizontal position of the internal gun only. • Loosen the screw of the block to individually adjust the longitudinal (I4) and vertical (I5) positions of the guns. • Turn anticlockwise the handles (I6) to release and remove the guns from the support.
