The new Olsen Quantum 90-200 boiler
utilizes revolutionary heat transfer
technology.
success is its revolutionary lightweight
cast aluminum heat exchanger that features
an amazing one-piece design. This
eliminates leaks, which can occur with
section interface in sectional heat
exchangers.
The aluminum heat exchanger is
designed to operate at less than 1/2 psi
pressure drop, which eliminates the
need for costly high head pumps or primary/secondary
piping. An added benefit
is the package boiler’s light weight,
only 278 pounds, making it easy to
maneuver and install.
This hot water
gas-fired boiler
attains a remarkable
90% AFUE efficiency.
Another Q90-200 feature is its simplicity
of design, making it user friendly
for contractors. Simplified controls
have been engineered to optimize reliability,
while an integrated boiler control
with high limit and factory wired and
installed probe type low water cut-off
ensures proper operation, safety and
diagnostics.
Since cooled flue gases can be safely
vented through inexpensive, readily
available PVC pipe, the Olsen Q90-200
is considerably easier to install, minimizing
contractor installation costs for
material and labor.
And its sealed combustion, directvent
forced draft system doesn’t compete
with occupants for air. Reduced
CO and NOx emissions make the Q90-
200 environmentally friendly.
