KeepRite Refrigeration's redesigned
KLV Low Velocity Unit Cooler offers a
wider capacity range and improved
energy efficiency.
Designed for 35°F rooms and higher,
the KLV allows for positive low air
movement and even temperatures
throughout the refrigerated space, while
maintaining desired humidity conditions.
KLV units feature a cleanable, durable
textured aluminum cabinet, corrosion
resistant fasteners, low speed plug-in
motor/fan assemblies and a positive
sloped drain pan assembly. These units
are ideal for use in cutting, aging,
packaging and storage rooms, dough
retarding rooms, floral boxes, meat and
fish coolers and prep. rooms.
New "KV"-Series Condensing Units join the
KeepRite Refrigeration family of products
The New KVS/KVD features single or dual compressor(s) and a
vertical discharge air-cooled condenser that is suitable for large walk-in
coolers and freezers, blast freezers, warehouse applications and air
conditioned spaces where roof mounted condensers are most practical.
Featuring a standard semi-hermetic compressor, the unit is also
available with hermetic, scroll, or screw compressors along with two-stage
and parallel piped options.
Condenser cores feature our
unique "THERMOSPAN TM " coil
and consist of a sub-cooling circuit
constructed of tubing designed to
produce lower refrigerant charge,
increased compressor reliability and
lower energy costs.
The KV-Line meets all application needs from
15 to 100 Hp (high and medium temperature) and
10 to 80 Hp (low temperature). A wide range of factory-installed options
are available for specialized applications.
KeepRite Refrigeration “KVC” Air Cooled Condensers
Designed for refrigeration or air conditioning duty, the KVC air-cooled
condenser is available in sizes ranging from 11 to 206 nominal tons THR, for
use with refrigerants R12, R22, R502, R134a, R404A, R407A, R407B,
R407C and R507.
Constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel, the cabinet features zinc
plated huck bolt assembly, individually baffled fan sections, clean out panels,
heavy gauge galvanized steel motor mounts and quiet 850 RPM low speed
fan motors.
Construction features include 3/8" or 1/2" O.D. copper tube, mechanically
expanded on to aluminum fins, and the THERMOSPAN TM
coil design that effectively eliminates tube
failure on tube sheets.
Single fan width models (up to
6 fans long) and double fan width
models (total 12 fan models) are
available with 1 Hp 850 RPM
(standard) or optional 1/2 Hp 550
RPM or 2 Hp 1140 RPM motors.
A wide variety of fan cycling control
and tube circuiting options are offered to suit all
specification requirements. Optional fin materials and
spacing also available.

Designed for maximum performance
and dependability, the KUC is a mainstay
in the KeepRite Refrigeration family of
products, boasting years of reliable
service in demanding environments.
The KUC unit cooler features flush to
ceiling textured aluminum cabinet,
stainless steel and nylon hardware, quick
disconnect shaded pole fan motors, high
density polyethylene fan guards with
built in throw boosters and a pre-formed
reversible drain pan. Storage space is
optimized by the compact, slim profile,
which provides uniform air distribution
through the coil for optimal heat transfer
performance.
Available in air, electric and hot gas
defrost models for -30°F and above room
temperatures, ranging in capacity from
4,100 to 30,600 BTUH at 10°F TD.
Optional fin spacing, materials and
coatings, PSC motors, and painted
cabinet are available.
