Construction
• Lloyds approved Baltek end grained balsa core
laminate construction, using hand laid-up glass
in both hull & deck.
• Hulls molded in one piece permitting
exceptional consistency in fairness and finish.
• #VE8110 Vinylester resin in outer hull skin for
10 year transferable blister warranty.
• Full structural main bulkhead glassed to hull &
deck.
• Heavy duty stainless chainplates bolted to main
bulkhead.
• Anodized aluminum mast bearing beam, glassed
to hull and grounded to keel.
• Low maintenance molded V-berth unit bonded
to the hull to form watertight compartment.
• Former cockpit lockers sealed on outside for
increased safety. Entry to aft storage via two
access panels in aft bulkhead.
• Transom hung rudder with heavy duty stainless

Deck Hardware & Running Rigging

• Two Harken two speed primary winches
mounted on white polymer plastic 3/4" with
winch handle and plastic holder. One set of
clear anodized jib tracks, with adjustment holes
and two Harken jib blocks
• One set of clear anodized genoa tracks, with
adjustment holes and two Harken #009 ratchets
on sliding cars.
• One continuous genoa sheet of 3/8" XLS.
• Harken #212 Windward Sheeting traveler car
with two Va" Ultra-lite traveler control lines.
Harken 4-part mainsheet system of 3/8" XLS
with # 144 center mounted swivel base/ cleat.
Anodized black aluminum traveler bar with
welded foot brace.
8:1 boom vang with Spectron 12 strop using
Harken fiddle blocks (#053, #58) and 5/16"
Ultra-tech (Technora).
Main halyard of 5/16" Ultra-tech with Wichard
shackle, cleated on the port side of mast to a
Schaefer #70-78 horn cleat.
Tapered genoa halyard of Spectron 12 with
Nicro 1200S snap shackle, cleated through
Harken # 150 cam on starboard side of mast.
Halyard tail led through deck mounted Harken
#0 19rachet.
Two Spinnaker sheets of 5/16" Ultra-lite each
led through Harken cheek and ratchet blocks
attached to stanchion bases and cleated through
Harken #150 cams mounted on 1" black pads
just inboard of the stanchions.
Spinnaker halyard of %" XLS-900 with Nicro
1200S snap shackle cleated on starboard side of
mast.
Pole topping lift of W Ultra-lite and foreguy of
5/16" Ultra-rfte led to Harken #240 swivel cams
on front of seahood.
One continuous spinnaker twing line of Va"
Mini-braid led through Harken # 150 cams and
padeyes outboard of chainplates, with ends tied
to Harken bullets.
2:1 Adjustable backstay of Va" Ultra-lite led to
both sides of cockpit through Harken # 150
cams with low profile eyes.
2:1 Double-ended Cunningham with wire strop
and hook assembly, and Harken micro bullets
leading to Harken #279 cams with low profile
eyes mounted on forward/ outboard corners of
seahood.
Tapered, anodized aluminum racing mast with
airfoil spreaders, thru-bar spreader bracket,
Gibb "T" terminals, and black measurement
bands.
Three sets of holes at 1/2" intervals in mast
bearing beam with two stainless fastpins for easy
adjustment.
Bonded stainless rigging with Dyform upper
and lower shrouds and backstay, with Ronstan
calibrated turnbuckles on uppers and lowers.
Anodized aluminum boom with Harken 5:1
internal outhaul and adjustable reef line.

neoprene joint attached to varnished laminated
wood tiller with stainless straps.

Lewmar foredeck hatch mounted with lid
