Ms Marlene Burchill BSW DipFamTherapy MSW is an Aboriginal research project officer working in<br />

‘Culturally appropriate diabetes care in mainstream general practice for urban Aboriginal <strong>and</strong> Torres Strait<br />

Isl<strong>and</strong>er people' project.<br />

Ms Barbara Johnson is an Aboriginal research project officer working in ‘Culturally appropriate diabetes<br />

care in mainstream general practice for urban Aboriginal <strong>and</strong> Torres Strait Isl<strong>and</strong>er people' project. She is<br />

presently undertaking studies in the Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University.<br />

Ms Thi Pham BA BSc is a research assistant for the PEACH study <strong>and</strong> Quit in <strong>General</strong> <strong>Practice</strong> project,<br />

which involves data management <strong>and</strong> providing administrative support. Her research interests are in<br />

mental health <strong>and</strong> chronic disease.<br />
