After adjusting for age, Māori current smokers were found to be significantly less likely<br />
to smoke manufactured cigarettes than current smokers in <strong>the</strong> total population, while<br />
Pacific current smokers were found to be significantly more likely to smoke<br />
manufactured cigarettes than current smokers in <strong>the</strong> total population (Figure 19).<br />
There was no significant difference in <strong>the</strong> age-standardised prevalence <strong>of</strong> smoking<br />
manufactured cigarettes between European/O<strong>the</strong>r or Asian people and <strong>the</strong> total<br />
population.<br />
