West Coast PHO has agreed to make $750,000 available from its conserved resources to
facilitate change management associated with achieving the changes proposed. Further
resources may be provided if required.

The Ministry of Health is requested to provide funding of $130,000 in 2009/10, and $167,000
in 2010/11 and $100,000 in 2011/12 to facilitate the next steps in the business case.
