GENERAL INFORMATION:<br />
The sample curriculum plan below is designed to show the sequence of nursing courses<br />
on the main Maryville campus. A student must be admitted to Maryville University and the<br />
Nursing Program prior to enrollment in any nursing courses. It is very important that all<br />
newly admitted and continuing students meet with their assigned nursing faculty advisor to<br />
carefully plan their course of study.<br />
COURSE INFORMATION:<br />
Statistics is required prior to enrollment in NURS 308, Nursing Research. NURS 307 must be<br />
taken as the first Nursing course early in the course of study. It may be taken the same<br />
semester as NURS 341 and NURS 330. NURS 307, NURS 341, and NURS 330 are<br />
prerequisites for NURS 416 Public Health (Capstone).<br />
