* Production Assistantship shall not be longer than two (2) years, not necessarily<br />

consecutive.<br />

(b) Stage Managers and Assistant Stage Managers shall be engaged at least<br />

one (1) week prior to rehearsal period or tour.<br />

(c) If the Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager or Production Assistant is<br />

required to appear outside the city <strong>of</strong> origination, the Employer will provide the Artist with a<br />

hotel room plus meal money as set forth in Section 13, paragraph G. <strong>Artists</strong> shall also be paid<br />

New York City Season meal money as set forth in Section 13, paragraph G.<br />

(d) Stage Managers called to emergency rehearsals will be compensated at the<br />

hourly overtime rate for Dancers.<br />

(e) Whenever a Stage Manager or an Assistant Stage Manager misses a<br />

company Free Day and is required to work or travel, he/she shall receive one– sixth and a half<br />

(1.5/6) <strong>of</strong> his/her contractual salary.<br />

(f) When a Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager is required to be at<br />

rehearsal, performance or technical calls and such service extends beyond midnight to the<br />

following day, the Employer will pay said Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager one-sixth<br />

(1/6th) <strong>of</strong> weekly contractual salary in addition to per diem or meal money for the second day.<br />

(g) When a Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager is required to load-out<br />

and travel within the same working day, the Employer will pay said Stage Manager or Assistant<br />

Stage Manager an additional one-sixth (1/6 th ) <strong>of</strong> his/her weekly contracted salary. When a Stage<br />

Manager or Assistant Stage Manager is required to load-in and travel more than sixty (60) miles<br />

within the same working day, the Employer will pay said Stage Manager or Assistant Stage<br />

Manager an additional one-sixth (1/6 th ) <strong>of</strong> his/her weekly contracted salary. On tour, there shall<br />

be at least an eight (8) hour interval following the end <strong>of</strong> the last preceding performance or loadout,<br />

whichever is later, and the next travel call for Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager.<br />

(h) Whenever a Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager has a work call<br />

beginning at or prior to 8am within the city <strong>of</strong> origination, the Employer will provide said Stage<br />

Manager or Assistant Stage Manager with an additional meal money allowance <strong>of</strong> fifteen dollars<br />

($15.00).<br />
