6. Travel Overtime - The “Travel Overtime” shall be the hourly rate <strong>of</strong><br />

$32.50 payable in one-half (1/2) hour increments.<br />

7. Dancer Cast in More Than Three Ballets - Any Dancer cast in more than 3<br />

full ballets per evening shall be compensated 1 penalty hour for each performance over the 3 rd<br />

ballet.<br />

8. Child Care<br />

The Employer will provide space at its New York Studios during two (2) weeks each<br />

year, as selected by the Employer, for children <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Artists</strong> with a paid caregiver during the<br />

rehearsal day. The Employer shall provide a total <strong>of</strong> Four hundred fifty ($450.00) per week to<br />

subsidize the expense incurred by the parent(s).<br />

I. NON-CITIZENS<br />

The following provisions shall apply only to non-citizens <strong>of</strong> the United States<br />

who have been in this country less than five (5) years or who have made application for United<br />

States citizenship. The Employer agrees that where the Employer enters into a contract with an<br />

Artist who is not a citizen <strong>of</strong> the United States and who has so warranted in his individual<br />

contract, then the Employer may exercise his right to suspend payment to the Artist <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Artist’s compensation on a pro rata basis for each performance which the Artist is unable to<br />

fulfill due to the sole fact that the Artist is unable to leave the United States and perform in a<br />

foreign country because <strong>of</strong> his lack <strong>of</strong> citizenship. Where the Employer so exercises his right to<br />

suspend payment, then the Employer shall pay per diem to the Artist for each day payment is<br />

suspended.<br />

J. SINGING AND SPEAKING ROLES<br />

An Artist shall be compensated ten dollars ($10.00) per performance for singing and/or<br />

speaking up to ten words in a dance piece or dance work. An Artist who sings or speaks more<br />

than ten (10) words in a dance piece or dance work or who creates and performs scripted<br />

material for Mini Performances shall receive seventy dollars ($70.00) in the first and second<br />

years <strong>of</strong> this agreement and one hundred dollars ($100.00) in the third year, per performance,<br />

respectively in addition to weekly contractual compensation.<br />

K. STAGE MANAGER, ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS,<br />

PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS<br />

1. Weekly Compensation<br />

(a) Stage Managers, Assistant Stage Managers and Production Assistants<br />

shall be engaged on a minimum “weekly” basis only and shall be compensated no less than the<br />

following weekly amount in each year <strong>of</strong> this Agreement:<br />
