follows:<br />
1. Employer is hereby granted uncompensated time for costume fittings as<br />
2 hours <strong>of</strong> costume fittings for a Dancer new to a role and/or dance piece<br />
30 minutes for any other role or dance piece per Artist which may be counted in<br />
fifteen (15) minute increments. Fittings may only occur during work span.<br />
Should there be any infringement on the 4th or more consecutive hour, the Artist<br />
shall be compensated at the applicable rate.<br />
2. The Employer agrees that any additional hours or fraction there<strong>of</strong> spent by<br />
the Artist for costume fittings above those provided for in the preceding subparagraph shall be<br />
considered rehearsal time and compensated as provided in Section 8.C.1.(b) or Section 8.C.1.(c)<br />
<strong>of</strong> this Agreement. Costume fittings may be called, counted and compensated for in fifteen (15)<br />
minute increments. Fittings will not occur before 9:00 a.m., if this is infringed upon, the Artist<br />
will be paid the penalty rate.<br />
3. If the Artist is called for costume fittings on the Artist’s Free Day the<br />
Artist shall be compensated at the penalty rate with not less than a two-(2)-hour call payable<br />
thereafter in one-half (1/2) hour increments except when such fittings are scheduled to make up<br />
for missed fittings.<br />
4. No costume fitting shall be permitted on a two (2) performance day,<br />
unless the Artist is compensated at the Penalty Rate with a one (1) hour minimum call<br />
guaranteed.<br />
E. DEDUCTIONS<br />
The Employer shall deduct all Social Security, Withholding Taxes, Disability<br />
Insurance and other Taxes, required by law, to be paid by the Employer for his Employees. All<br />
<strong>Artists</strong> engaged by the Employer are considered employees within the meaning <strong>of</strong> the law. In<br />
addition, the Employer may deduct hotel charges and dependent medical coverage from Artist’s<br />
compensation.<br />
No other deductions shall be made from an Artist’s compensation unless agreed in<br />
writing by the Artist.<br />
F. MINIMUM COMPENSATION<br />
a. Dancers shall receive the following minimum compensation in<br />
Rehearsal/Performance weeks:<br />
