health club/work out facilities. The Employer will guarantee free Internet access for tours within<br />
the United States; 250-square foot minimum room size; full-size bathtub; standard U.S.-size<br />
beds; at least three feet between beds or the ability to move beds apart upon arrival. If room<br />
service is not available after 11:00 pm, alternative meal arrangements will be made by the<br />
Employer.<br />
For international tours, the Employer will secure at least four star<br />
accommodations that provide secure access to and from individual rooms (i.e., rooms that open<br />
to a hallway or interior courtyard, not directly to the street or a parking lot). The Employer will<br />
make best efforts to obtain, but will not guarantee, accommodations providing 24-hour room<br />
service; internet access; 250-square foot minimum room size; health club/work out facilities;<br />
standard U.S.-size beds; and full-size bathtub. The Employer will guarantee at least three feet<br />
between beds or the ability to move beds apart upon arrival. If room service is not available after<br />
11:00 pm, alternative meal arrangements will be made by the Employer<br />
Employer shall consult with union delegates concerning proposed hotel<br />
accommodations. In furtherance <strong>of</strong> this provision Employer will provide union delegates with<br />
photos, websites and/or brochures, in advance, where available. If upon arrival the hotel or<br />
rooms do not meet minimum standards, the employer shall make good faith efforts to secure<br />
alternate acceptable accommodations.<br />
Employer shall provide security and/or transportation to and from the theater,<br />
where AGMA delegates and the Employer deem appropriate.<br />
It is further agreed that when <strong>Artists</strong> reside in living accommodations other than<br />
acknowledged hotels (i.e., apartments, efficiency residences, etc.) the Employer shall be<br />
responsible for any expenses such as maid service, fresh linens and towels, cleaning, etc. It is<br />
also further understood that <strong>Artists</strong> are to leave said premises intact and the Employer will not be<br />
responsible for any costs due to loss <strong>of</strong> furnished items or negligence on the part <strong>of</strong> the Artist.<br />
2. Tour Itinerary - The Employer shall submit to AGMA and to the AGMA<br />
delegates proposed itinerary <strong>of</strong> any tour, and shall submit in writing to AGMA a statement<br />
concerning the proposed method <strong>of</strong> transportation to be used during the tour. Both such reports<br />
shall be submitted at least two (2) weeks preceding the first (1st) day <strong>of</strong> any tour. One (1) copy<br />
<strong>of</strong> the tour itinerary will be posted two (2) weeks prior to the commencement <strong>of</strong> the tour, such<br />
copy shall be subject to change. Any additions or changes in the itinerary must be announced to<br />
the Company at least one (1) week in advance <strong>of</strong> such change.<br />
3. Mail will be forwarded from the Company <strong>of</strong>fice to the <strong>Artists</strong> on tour at<br />
least once each week.<br />
4. Transportation Outside City <strong>of</strong> Origination - Whenever any Artist shall<br />
work for the Employer outside the City <strong>of</strong> Origination, the Employer shall provide and pay for<br />
the transportation <strong>of</strong> such Artist from the City <strong>of</strong> Origination to such point or points outside and<br />
the Artist’s return transportation to the City <strong>of</strong> Origination.<br />
