include but are not limited to recourse to AGMA for institution <strong>of</strong> disciplinary proceedings in<br />

accordance with its Constitution and By-laws.<br />

E. ASSIGNMENT OF ARTIST’S CONTRACT<br />

The Employer agrees that the Standard Artist’s <strong>Contract</strong> for Employment between<br />

the Employer and any Artist may not be assigned or transferred to any individual or corporation<br />

unless the written consent <strong>of</strong> AGMA and the Artist concerned shall have been endorsed on the<br />

face <strong>of</strong> the contract. The transfer <strong>of</strong> said individual contract without such written consent shall<br />

be deemed null and void.<br />

F. CHOREOGRAPHER WORKSHOP<br />

Choreographer workshop terms and conditions outside minimum guarantee set<br />

forth herein, are subject to AGMA approval.<br />

8. PERFORMING<br />

A. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERFORMANCES<br />

1. The Artist may be required to take part in not more than seven (7)<br />

performances per week on tour and not more than eight (8) performances per week in the City <strong>of</strong><br />

Origination. If the Artist shall be required to take part in more than seven (7) performances in<br />

any week while on tour or more than eight (8) performances in any week in the City <strong>of</strong><br />

Origination, he or she shall be paid not less than one-sixth (1/6th) <strong>of</strong> his or her agreed-upon<br />

weekly compensation for each such additional performance.<br />

B. PRO RATA<br />

1. If the Artist shall be guaranteed not less than one (1) full Performance<br />

Week, then the Employer shall have the right, on two (2) weeks prior notice, to engage the Artist<br />

for not more than three (3) consecutive days in the week immediately preceding or succeeding<br />

any such guaranteed full Performance Week at a pro rata amount <strong>of</strong> the Artist’s agreed upon<br />

weekly compensation for Performance Weeks calculated on the basis <strong>of</strong> one-sixth (1/6th) there<strong>of</strong><br />

for each such day in such week. It is further agreed that the fourth (4th) day or a fifth (5th)<br />

performance “triggers” a full Performance Week.<br />

2. Employer shall have the right to engage Artist for rehearsals for the<br />

balance <strong>of</strong> the above mentioned pro rata week at the same one-sixth (1/6th) <strong>of</strong> the weekly<br />

rehearsal compensation.<br />

3. Each Artist shall receive in each Performance Week one (1) Free Day as<br />

defined herein.<br />
