AHU pursues international training & career
opportunities for its students at NAJAH 2010
ALHOSN University explored regional and
international opportunities for its students
at the 4th NAJAH Education Training and
Careers Exhibition taking place from October 19 to
21, 2010 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
ALHOSN joined over 100 local and international
universities during the most comprehensive annual
education, training and careers event in the UAE.
The university fielded a delegation of officials, staff
and students to NAJAH to interact with some of the
biggest companies in the region.
NAJAH 2010 was held under the patronage of
H.E. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE
Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
One of ALHOSN’s main priorities is to provide
major training and career opportunities to its
students, and NAJAH is the best event in the
UAE for such purpose. The exhibition provides an
excellent platform to showcase ALHOSN’s worldclass
academic programs and affirm its emergence
as one of Abu Dhabi’s top educational institutions.
NAJAH will remain an integral part of ALHOSN’s
annual calendar of major events.
This year’s edition of NAJAH offered curriculum
vitae and application form evaluations conducted
by experts. AIESEC, the world’s largest student-run
organization with a presence in over 107 countries
and territories, provided free career assessments
to student attendees. Other features included
networking opportunities with universities and
training institutions from more than 10 countries,
a new Advice Clinic where professional counselors
provided career recommendations and educational
advice, and exclusive inspirational sessions run by
industry leaders. ■
