1:00 a.m. Depart from school on Lancaster Tours charter bus<br />

7:15 a.m. Full American Buffet Breakfast at Golden Corral Restaurant<br />

9:15 a.m. Arrive at Aquatica—Sea World’s Waterpark bring carry-on bag w/swimsuit, etc.<br />

Lunch on your own in the park<br />

4:00 p.m Depart for Hampton Inn, Universal Blvd.<br />

7:00 p.m. Depart for Downtown Disney WestSide and Marketplace shopping and entertainment complex<br />

Dinner on your own (Bongos, Planet Hollywood, House <strong>of</strong> Blues, Rainforest Café, Wolfgang<br />

Puck’s, DisneyQuest, etc.)<br />

11:00 p.m. Depart complex for hotel<br />

Saturday, April 27, <strong>2013</strong><br />

7:30-8:30 a.m. Deluxe Continental Breakfast at hotel<br />

8:30 a.m. Depart for Sea World (try “Manta” flying ray roller coaster!)<br />

Lunch on your own in the park<br />

2:00 p.m. Depart park for hotel<br />

4:30 p.m. Depart hotel for Universal City Walk Pre-Party<br />

5:00 p.m. City Walk Pre-Party begins! Check out Latin Quarter, The Groove, City Jazz, Bob Marley’s and<br />

the Red Coconut Club. There will be a band performing on the plaza stage, too!<br />

Food and s<strong>of</strong>t drinks will be served during Pre-Party. Unlimited hot dogs and hamburgers with<br />

all the toppings, chips, and sodas!<br />

7:00 p.m. Grad Bash begins at Universal Studios and Islands <strong>of</strong> Adventure! GRADUATING SENIORS<br />

ONLY!!!!!<br />

Sunday, April 28, <strong>2013</strong><br />

2:00 a.m. Depart Grad Bash for hotel<br />

Deluxe Continental Breakfast at hotel <strong>of</strong>fered between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m.<br />

11:00 a.m. Pack, check out, load bus, head to lunch at the World’s largest McDonalds (pay on own!)<br />

7:00 p.m. Approximate arrival at <strong>Summerville</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong><br />

Payment Schedule:<br />

$125 nonrefundable payment due Thursday, September 6, 2012, to Mrs. Laura Hendrick, Room 111 (The<br />

hotel needs a deposit for our rooms and the bus company needs one for our transportation!)<br />

$100 payment due Thursday, October 18, 2012, to Mrs. Laura Hendrick, Room 111<br />

$100 payment due Thursday, December 6, 2012, to Mrs. Laura Hendrick, Room 111<br />

$100 FINAL payment due Thursday, February 7, <strong>2013</strong>, to Mrs. Laura Hendrick, Room 111<br />

Absolutely no refunds will be issued unless there are not enough students to fill a bus. Students who discover that they are<br />

unable to participate in the trip once they have made any portion <strong>of</strong> their payments are responsible for notifying the sponsor. If a<br />

replacement <strong>of</strong> the same gender is not found, you will be responsible for payment <strong>of</strong> the balance <strong>of</strong> the trip.<br />

*Four students will be assigned per hotel room. After assignments have been made, students will not be allowed to change rooms.

<strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Trip</strong> <strong>Orlando</strong> <strong>2013</strong> from Friday, April 26, <strong>2013</strong> through Sunday, April 28,<br />

<strong>2013</strong>. I understand the payment schedule and the repercussions <strong>of</strong> not meeting<br />

deadlines, cancellations and last minute illnesses or other complications. Once<br />

the non-refundable deposit has been paid, there will be no refunds.<br />
