ST. PATRICK’S CONCERT
St. Patrick’s Concert will be held

and we are looking for a
variety of donations (crafts, household items,
Irish items) that can be used toward this fund raiser.
Please leave items for the basket at the parish office.
We would also appreciate fudge donations which can be
left in the kitchen of the parish center on March 12 or 13.
ORGANIST / PIANIST / CHOIR
We are recruiting men and women to rejuvenate the
choir for singing at the 10:30 am Sunday Mass.
Anyone in high school who would like to
participate in the choir is welcome to attend.
The position of accompanist is currently
vacant and we are seeking a replacement.
Anyone who is interested may contact the
Liturgical Committee at 778-5153 to discuss the terms of the
position.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
The NET Team will be hosted at Saint Michael's on Monday
March 21, 2011 in the Parish Centre.
The Sacrament of First Holy Communion will be held
Sunday, April 10, at 10:30 am Mass and Confirmation will be
held during the Sunday 5:30 pm Mass on April 10, 2011.
2010 DONATION RECEIPTS
Receipts for 2010 donations will be available this weekend
in the Vestry before and after the weekend Masses and at the
parish office during the week
CHURCH GREETERS
In response to the Visioning Meeting held
at St. Michael’s our parish would like to
invite our parishioners to become
greeters at the weekend Mass you
attend. Greeters would be asked to
arrive approximately twenty minutes prior
to Mass to welcome parishioners and visitors and to distribute
bulletins. Anyone interested please complete the form below
and place in the collection box or phone the parish at

COPPER SHINGLES We are now working on the pages for the
Copper Shingle Project Book. Anyone who has already made a
donation and has not submitted pictures or wording for the page,
please phone or drop by the parish office with the information.
Anyone who would like to donate to this project (donations of $100.00
per page from individuals or (family) groups etc.) can do so at any
time as this is an ongoing project.

CWL Diocesan Bursary
The Diocesan Catholic Women's League is offering
two bursaries at $300.00 each for a student entering University,
Community College, Business College, Technical School or School of
Nursing. Each applicant must complete the application form AND a
letter stating their need for the Bursary. All applications must be
received by March 15 th , 2011 Application forms are available at
James M. Hill High School or the parish office. Forward completed
