day, May 9,1990 at ttie latest until conclcision of the General Meeting shall be entitled to par-
ticipate in the General Meeting and to exercise tlieir votirig rights. The deposit shall also be
deeiried to have been properly effected when shares, with the approval of a depositary, are
held blocked for it with other banks until conclusion of ttie Gerieral Meeting.
