and only 5.3 percent are single member households.<br />
In relation to actual benefits five-member household<br />
are large recipients of child allowance (23.2<br />
percent).<br />
These benefits are paid from the Republic<br />
budget. In accordance with the law, the Ministry<br />
with jurisdiction over social issues monitors the<br />
work of Centres for Social Work (CSW) that<br />
implements these programs. The aim is that, as<br />
much as possible, these programs represent state<br />
support for the development of children (fines are<br />
imposed for inappropriate spending and bad quality<br />
work).<br />
