Vrste objekata i kategorizacija<br />
smještaja u seljačkom<br />
domaćinstvu i/ili u domaćinstvu<br />
(iznajmljivač)<br />
Vrsta objekta u seljačkom domaćinstvu određena je ovisno o: vrsti ugostiteljskih<br />
usluga u seljačkom domaćinstvu koje se u objektu moraju obvezno<br />
pružati, pretežitosti i obveznom minimumu ugostiteljskih usluga,<br />
načinu usluživanja te drugim uvjetima propisanim Pravilnikom o pružanju<br />
ugostiteljskih usluga u seljačkom domaćinstvu (NN br. 05/08, 44/11 i<br />
118/11).<br />
Vrste objekata u seljačkom domaćinstvu su:<br />
1. Vinotočje / kušaonica<br />
2. Izletište<br />
3. Soba<br />
4. Apartman<br />
5. Ruralna kuća za odmor<br />
6. Kamp<br />
Vrste objekta Soba, Apartman, Ruralna kuća za odmor i Kamp kategoriziraju<br />
se u tri kategorije:<br />
1. dva sunca ( ),<br />
2. tri sunca ( ),<br />
3. četiri sunca ( ).<br />
Seljačko domaćinstvo koje pruža ugostiteljske usluge na dodatnoj – višoj<br />
razini od minimalno propisanih može, na vlastiti zahtjev, zatražiti razvrstavanje<br />
u vrste s oznakom kvalitete (@), a u cilju stalnog podizanja kvalitete<br />
te kao podloge za institucionalnu i drugu podršku razvoju seoskog<br />
turizma.<br />
Oznaka za kategoriju je sunce<br />
, a oznaka za kvalitetu je @.<br />
Neki objekti na <strong>rur</strong>alnom prostoru mogu biti kategorizirani zvjezdicom<br />
(), umjesto suncem ( ). U tom slučaju se radi o objektu u<br />
domaćinstvu – iznajmljivač pruža ugostiteljske usluge smještaja i ostale<br />
usluge propisane Pravilnikom o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata u<br />
kojima se pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu (NN br. 88/07, 58/08,<br />
45/09 i 78/14).<br />
Vrste objekata su, a mogu biti postojeći i novi objekti:<br />
1. Soba u domaćinstvu<br />
2. Studio apartman u domaćinstvu<br />
3. Apartman u domaćinstvu<br />
4. Kuća za odmor u domaćinstvu<br />
5. Kamp u domaćinstvu<br />
Oznaka za kategoriju je zvjezdica ( ) , a ovisno o vrsti i kategoriji objekta<br />
od 2 do 5 zvjezdice.<br />
Types of facilities and<br />
categorisation of accommodation<br />
in <strong>rur</strong>al properties and/or homes<br />
(accommodation providers)<br />
The type of facility in <strong>rur</strong>al properties is determined based on: the type of<br />
hospitality services provided on the property which the facility is obliged<br />
to provide, with the compulsory minimum hospitality services, manner of<br />
service provision and other requirements is stipulated by the Ordinance<br />
on the provision of hospitality services on <strong>rur</strong>al properties (OG 05/08, 44/11<br />
and 118/11).<br />
Types of facilities on <strong>rur</strong>al properties are:<br />
1. Winery/tasting rooms<br />
2. Excursion areas<br />
3. Rooms<br />
4. Apartments<br />
5. Rural vacation houses<br />
6. Camps<br />
The types of facilities: Rooms, Apartments, Rural vacation houses and<br />
Camps are categorised into three categories:<br />
1. two suns ( ),<br />
2. three suns ( ),<br />
3. four suns ( ).<br />
Rural properties providing accommodation services at a higher level than<br />
the minimally prescribed requirements may, upon request, seek categorisation<br />
into the class with the quality symbol (@), for the purpose of<br />
constant improvement of quality, and as a basis for institutional and other<br />
support to the development of <strong>rur</strong>al tourism.<br />
The category symbols are the suns<br />
, and the quality symbol is @.<br />
Certain facilities in <strong>rur</strong>al areas not classified as <strong>rur</strong>al properties may be categorised<br />
with a star (), instead of a sun ( ). In that case, this is a<br />
facility in which accommodation services are provided in the household<br />
– in which the accommodation provider provides accommodation and<br />
other services pursuant to the Ordinance on the classification and categorisation<br />
of facilities in which accommodation services are provided in<br />
households (OG 88/07, 58/08, 45/09 and 78/14).<br />
The types of facilities are as follows, and they may be existing or new<br />
facilities:<br />
1. Rooms in the household,<br />
2. Studio apartment in the household,<br />
3. Apartment in the household,<br />
4. Vacation house in the household,<br />
5. Camp in the household.<br />
The category symbol is the star ( ) , and depending on the type and<br />
category of the facility, may receive from 2 to 5 stars.<br />
