U malom istarskom selu Pršurići, 2 km od Višnjana, gradića poznatog po zvjezdarnici, njegujemo višestoljetnu tradiciju proizvodnje vina. Od 90-ih godina proizvodimo<br />

prirodna pjenušava vina, po tradicionalnoj metodi (vrenjem u boci). U ambijentu tradicionalne arhitekture i modernog dizajna, možete kušati prirodna<br />

pjenušava vina Misal i vina iz ekskluzivnih i limitiranih serija te maslinova ulja. Gostima nudimo upoznavanje tehnologije proizvodnje prirodnih pjenušavih vina, ali i<br />

šetnju do vinograda s pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. U blizini su pješačka i biciklistička staza, kao i farma autohtonog istarskog goveda (boškarina).<br />

In the small Istrian village of Pršurići, two kilometres from Višnjan, a small town famed for its astronomical observatory, we nurture a centuries–old tradition of<br />

winemaking. Since the 1990s, we have produced a natural sparkling wine using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. In a setting where<br />

traditional architecture meets modern design, you can sample our Misal natural sparkling wine, other wines from our exclusive and limited series, and olive oil. We<br />

offer guests an opportunity to learn about the technology of producing natural sparkling wines and a stroll through the vineyards with a view of the sea and sunset.<br />

There are walking and cycling trails nearby and a farm of the indigenous Istrian cattle (boškarin).<br />

Seoski <strong>turizam</strong> “Dušani” nalazi se 2,5 km od Pazina. U okolici ima mnogo obilježenih pješačkih staza, a staze vode i uz rijeku Pazinčicu do Zarečkog krova, najatraktivnijeg<br />

slapa na Pazinčici, također i u Istri, visokog oko 10 m, s jezerom. Svi slapovi na Pazinčici imaju taj karakterističan oblik – pećinu ispod vodopada. Nastavljajući<br />

stazom uz Pazinčicu za 20-ak minuta pješačenja stiže se u selo Dušani. U našoj konobi posebna su ponuda domaće maneštre od koromača, bobića, jota te juha s<br />

domaćim rezancima, kao i njoki, fuži, ravioli s gulašom od kokoši, kupus s kobasicama, sezonsko voće i povrće te domaći kolači.<br />

Dušani Rural Tourism is located two and a half kilometres from Pazin. There are a number of marked hiking trails in the area and the trails also lead along the<br />

Pazinčica River to Zarečki Krov, the most attractive waterfall on the river and in Istria with a fall of 10 metres into a lake. All of the falls on the Pazinčica have a<br />

characteristic cave below the waterfall. A twenty-minute walk from here brings you to the village of Dušani. Our konoba offers homemade fennel and young bean<br />

minestrones and jota (sauerkraut minestrone), soups with homemade noodles, gnocchi, fuži pasta, ravioli with chicken goulash, cabbage and sausages, seasonal<br />

fruits and vegetables and homemade desserts.<br />

Gospodarstvo se nalazi 18 km od Poreča. Ugostiteljska ponuda bazira se na lokalnim proizvodima i tradicijskom načinu pripreme jela poput domaćih fuža, njoka,<br />

pljukanaca, mesa ispod peke, tartufa, šparoga, gljiva. Nudi se i degustacija istarskog maslinovog ulja.<br />

The estate is located 18 kilometres from Poreč. The culinary offer is based on local products and the traditional methods of preparing meals such as homemade fuži<br />

pasta, gnocchi, pljukanci, meat prepared under a baking lid (pod pekom), truffles, asparagus and mushrooms. We also offer Istrian olive oil sampling.<br />
