slow food filozofiju – način pripreme i posluživanja prilagodili smo polaganom uživanju u jelima i piću u ugodnom ambijentu. Ugostiteljska ponuda bazirana<br />
je na lokalnim specijalitetima i tradicionalnim istarskim jelima uz naša vrhunska vina (Malvazija i Teran), rakije (kruška, šljiva, trešnja, travarica), prirodne domaće<br />
sokove i marmelade. Gosti na gospodarstvu mogu sudjelovati u raznim aktivnostima poput branja voća, kuharskim radionicama i sl.<br />

Agritourism nurtures a slow food philosophy – a method of preparation and serving adapted to the unhurried joy of food and drink in a pleasant atmosphere. The<br />
culinary offer is based on local specialities and traditional Istrian meals and our top quality wines (varieties Malvasia and Teran) and various types of rakija (pear,<br />
plum, cherry and herb brandies), natural homemade fruit juices and marmalades. Guests of the farmstead are welcome to participate in farm activities, including<br />

Farma Drijade poljoprivredno je gospodarstvo s ciljem razvoja humanog stočarenja. Poštuju se emocionalne i fizičke potrebe životinja. Na farmi žive koze, konji,<br />
krave, magarci, kokoši, guske, psi i mačke. Zbog obujma posla na farmi obavezna je prethodna najava gostiju.<br />
The Drijade Farm promotes humane animal husbandry. The emotional and physical needs of animals are respected. The farm is home to goats, horses, cattle,<br />
donkeys, chickens, geese, dogs and cats. Because of the scale of work on the farm guests are kindly required to make reservations in advance.<br />

Izletište Vrh<br />
U mjestu Vrh na 397 metara nadmorske visine, na jednom od najljepših vidikovaca Istre, samo 10 km od Buzeta i 5 km jezera Butonige, naše gospodarstvo njeguje<br />
više od 30 godina obiteljske tradicije rada. Ugostiteljska ponuda bazirana je na lokalnim specijalitetima i tradicijskom načinu pripreme jela, poput pripreme domaće<br />
tjestenine (punjeni fuži s pršutom i sirom, gljivama, sirom, a u sezoni i koprivom i šparogama), uz vrhunsko domaće vino, kao i jela pripremljena od istarskog<br />
goveda boškarina. Okolica je raj za šetnju i aktivnosti na otvorenom.<br />

Our estate nurtures over 30 years of family tradition with a culinary offer based on local specialities and traditional preparation methods, including homemade<br />
pastas (fuži with cured ham and cheese, mushrooms, cheese, and nettle and asparagus when in season) with top quality wines and meals featuring the meat of<br />
the Istrian cattle (boškarin). The surroundings are a paradise for strolls and outdoor activities.<br />
