____. Upon a motion to conduct genetic testing, it is hereby ORDERED,<br />
ADJUDGED, and DECREED as follows:<br />
1. <strong>Genetic</strong> testing shall be conducted by the Pike County Child Support<br />
Enforcement Agency to determine the paternity ofthe minor child,<br />

Support Enforcement Agency shall take all necessary steps to accomplish the same.<br />
2. The parties shall contact the Pike County Support Enforcement Agency for the<br />
purpose ofobtaining genetic testing within 7 days ofthe date ofthis order.<br />
3. For the purpose oftesting, the parties shall comply with all instructions ofthe<br />
Pike County Child Support Enforcement Agency.
4. Upon completion ofsuch testing and detennination ofpaternity, the Pike<br />
County Child Support Enforcement Agency shall submit the result to the Court and to the<br />
parties.<br />
5. In the event that the Pike County Child Support Agency is unable to provide<br />
the test at no cost to the parties, then the cost ofgenetic testing shall be paid in advance<br />
by<br />
