Manual of Prayers
If we prayed every day, feel close to God
in our lives! - Many times when we pray,
we do not know what to say to God, how
to say it. Prayers to praise God, give
thanks or ask for help.
MORNING PRAYER
(To give to God each day)
As we begin the new day, I ask you to
help me, you free me from all evil, from
all danger and all sin :that my words
be good, my glances, my feelings, my
actions and my heart. I offer to the Lord,
all my thoughts, works of this day. Bless
to the end to be none that is not made
from your love. Amen.
OH MY LADY!
(To dedicate each day to the Virgin)
Oh My Lady!Oh Mother! I offer myself
entirely to you; and in proof of my filial
affection I consecrate this day and
forever, my eyes, my ears, my tongue,
my heart; in short all my being. Since I'm
all yours, Mother of goodness, keep me
and save me like a thing of your
possession. Amen.
THE GUARDIAN ANGEL
(To ask your guardian angel watch over you)
Guardian Angel, my dear, do not forsake
me night or day; do not leave me alone,
I would get lost.
BLESSING OF FOOD
(To say grace before eating)
Bless the Lord, this food to us and that
given by your kindness we will eat.
Amen.
PRAYER FOR THE NIGHT
(For bedtime)
My God and my Lord! I thank you for all
the blessings you have bestowed upon
me today, for having created me,
redeemed and called to the Catholic
faith. Of having escaped dangers of soul
and body. I ask forgiveness for all sins I
have committed this day, it pains me to
offend you wholeheartedly, I propose
mend and sin no more.
Act of Contrition
(To ask for forgiveness and after confession)
My Lord Jesus Christ, God and true man,
Creator and my Redeemer; Because you
are who you are and that I love you
above all things, I am heartily sorry for
all the bad things I've done and all the
good I have left undone, because sin
have I offended you, that you are the
supreme good and are worthy to be
loved above all things. I offer my life,
works and in satisfaction for my sins.
I firmly resolve with the help of your
grace, to do penance, to sin no more
and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.
SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
(For when you can not get the ostia)
My Jesus, I firmly believe that you are in
the Blessed Sacrament. I love you above
all things and desire you in my soul.
Since I can not now receive You
sacramentally, come at least spiritually
into my heart. As if you had already
come, I embrace you and unite all
myself to you: do not let me walk away
from you. Amen.
AFTER COMMUNION
Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of
Christ, save me. Blood of Christ,
inebriate me. Water from the side of
Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ,
strengthen me. O good Jesus, hear me.
Within your wounds hide me. Let me not
walk away from you. From the malignant
enemy, defend me. In the hour of my
death call me and bid me to come to
you, that with your saints I may praise
you forever and ever. Amen.
JESUS CRUCIFIED
(To tell Jesus that you love)
I am not moved, my God to love, heaven
you have promised me, and I am not
moved by the dreaded hell to ceasing to
offend. You move me, Lord; I'm moved
to see you nailed to a cross and ridiculed;
I'm moved to see your body
injured; I’m moved by your insults and
your death. I’m moved by, your love, so
that even if there were no heaven I love,
and although there were no hell, you I
feared. No need to give me anything
because I loved you; because although
what I wait for will not wait, like I love
you I loved you.
PRAYER FOR HUSBANDS
Holy Father, you have created man and
woman for each other to help and
support. Remember us today. Protect us
and give us our love grow each day and
is always delivered and Don. Enlighten
us and strengthen us in the task of
training our children to be authentic
Christians. Make us live long together
in joy and peace.
PRAYER FOR THE CHILDREN
Lord, enlighten the minds of our children
to know the path You asked for them, so
you can give glory and attain salvation.
Sustain your strength, to encourage
them in their lives the ideals of your
kingdom. Enlighten also us, parents, to
help them to recognize their Christian
vocation and do it generously, working
with your inner inspirations.
PRAYER FOR PARENTS
O God, who has commanded us to honor
father and mother, hear favorably the
prayer that you are heading for them.
Grant long days of life on earth, and
Keep them healthy of body and spirit.
Bless their labors and their initiatives.
Award them for all they have done for
me. Inspire love and practice your holy
law. Help me to do everything I can for
them. And have them after enjoying
affection on earth, enjoy the joy of living
eternally in heaven. Amen.
PRAYER OF TRUST
Father, I place myself in your hands, do
with me what You want, whatever I
thank you. I am willing to accept
everything and anything to your will be
done in me and in all your creatures. I
want nothing more Father, I entrust my
soul and I give it, with all the love I can,
because I love you and I need to give
yself, put myself in your hands with
infinite confidence that You are
my Father.
PURPOSE OF THE MONTH
I will keep this prayers and I will use
them every day to pray. I will try to learn
some prayers and show them to my
family. Prayer bring you closer to God!
Rosary of Fatima
Step 1: Taking the Cross of the
Rosary: it begins with the sign of
the cross and then the following
prayer is said: O Jesus, it is for
love of you, for the conversion of
sinners and in reparation for sins
committed against the Immaculate
Heart of Mary, I'll pray the rosary.
Step 2: On the first large bead:
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope
and I love you! I apologize for
those who do not believe, do not
adore, do not trust and do not love
you.
Step 3: In the first small note:
Oh Most Holy Trinity, I adore you.
My God, my God, I love you in the
Most Blessed Sacrament.
Step 4: In the second small note:
By your pure and Immaculate
Conception, O Mary, manages the
conversion of Russia, (in this
country), Spain, Portugal, Europe
and the world.
Step 5: In the third small note:
Sweet Heart of Mary, be the
salvation of Russia beam (here
your country), Spain, Portugal,
Europe and the world.
Step 6: On the next large bead:
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope
and I love you! I apologize for
those who do not believe, do not
adore, do not trust and do not
love you.
Step 7: In each of the ten small
beads: Oh Most Holy Trinity,
I adore you. My God, my God,
I love you in the Most Blessed
Sacrament. (10x)
Step 8: In the chain link: Oh my
Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us
from the fires of hell. Leads to
heaven all souls, especially those
in most need of your mercy.
Step 9: Closing: Oh Most
Holy Trinity, Father, Son and
Holy Spirit, I adore You
profoundly. I offer You the most
precious Body, Blood, Soul and
Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ,
present in all the tabernacles of
the world, in reparation for the
outrages, sacrilege and
indifference by which He is
offended. By the infinite merits
of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and
the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I beg the conversion
of poor sinners.
