Florian von Oppenheim (1993, Human<br />
Sciences) is delighted to announce his<br />
engagement to Rotem Barr, with whom he<br />
is busily making wedding preparations for<br />
a Shanghai wedding later this year. Florian<br />
set up a records management business in<br />
Shanghai in 2003, which he still owns and<br />
manages with six branches in cities across<br />
China.<br />

A Gift to <strong>St</strong> Catherine’s in your Will<br />
‘At the end <strong>of</strong> our 50th anniversary year, our <strong>College</strong> motto, nova et vetera, the new<br />
and the old, says it all. We have a wonderful inheritance stretching as far back as 1868,<br />
an inheritance which shaped the founding <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong> in the sixties and which now<br />
helps to prepare us for the future. In this momentous year, our mission as a <strong>College</strong> is<br />
as clear as ever: realising the potential in our young students and providing them with<br />
an environment within which they can flourish in the pursuit <strong>of</strong> intellectual fulfilment’<br />

delighted to announce the safe arrival <strong>of</strong><br />
Joshua James Thomson, born on 28 August<br />

<strong>St</strong> Catherine’s is deeply grateful to the foresighted generosity <strong>of</strong> its community <strong>of</strong><br />
Legators, whose pledges help to secure our financial security for generations. Every<br />
two years, we invite our Legators back to <strong>College</strong> for a special Lunch in <strong>College</strong>. This<br />
year’s event will be held on Saturday 27 April 2013.<br />
