<strong>Robin</strong> has a general practice at the <strong>Victorian</strong> <strong>Bar</strong>, focusing on Administrative Law, Native Title, Family<br />
and De Facto Law and Criminal Law. <strong>Robin</strong> completed her training in Family Dispute Resolution at<br />

Prior to coming to the <strong>Bar</strong>, <strong>Robin</strong> has appeared as an advocate in Federal and State jurisdictions.<br />
A committed team player, she has a strong track record in preparation for, and appearance in, lengthy<br />
litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.<br />
<strong>Robin</strong> has a particular interest and expertise in Indigenous land issues, including Native Title. Since<br />
obtaining legal qualifications and joining the <strong>Bar</strong>, <strong>Robin</strong> has continued to pursue Native Title and related<br />
matters. <strong>Robin</strong> is also experienced in mediation, particularly involving Aboriginal peoples, land issues<br />
and governance.<br />
<strong>Robin</strong> is currently completing a PhD in Law in the area of native title and Indigenous rights. She is a<br />
recipient of the 2012 Human Rights Scholarship from Melbourne University.<br />
