Robin has a general practice at the Victorian Bar, focusing on Administrative Law, Native Title, Family
and De Facto Law and Criminal Law. Robin completed her training in Family Dispute Resolution at
Relationships Australia, Victoria, and she has a clearance to work with children.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Robin has appeared as an advocate in Federal and State jurisdictions.
A committed team player, she has a strong track record in preparation for, and appearance in, lengthy
litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Robin has a particular interest and expertise in Indigenous land issues, including Native Title. Since
obtaining legal qualifications and joining the Bar, Robin has continued to pursue Native Title and related
matters. Robin is also experienced in mediation, particularly involving Aboriginal peoples, land issues
and governance.
Robin is currently completing a PhD in Law in the area of native title and Indigenous rights. She is a
recipient of the 2012 Human Rights Scholarship from Melbourne University.
