Prior Experience<br />
Prior to signing the Bar Roll in 1997, <strong>Rob</strong> was a Senior Associate in the litigation department<br />
of the predecessor of King & Wood, Mallesons. He was admitted to practise in 1986.
Practice Profile<br />
<strong>Rob</strong> practises in the Supreme and Federal Courts in most areas of commercial law.<br />
<strong>Rob</strong>'s particular areas of interest include law concerning aviation, contracts, corporations,<br />
equity and trusts, joint ventures, professional negligence, property law, restitution and<br />
trade practices.<br />
He is currently involved, or has recently appeared, in proceedings concerning:<br />
• contractual disputes;<br />
• claims for misleading or deceptive conduct under various statutory provisions;<br />
