Home at 7:30 p.m. The auxiliary sponsors special events which benefit<br />

SOUTH CENTRAL EMS RESIDENTS’ MEMBERSHIP<br />

Effective January 1, 2009, all individuals permanently residing in <strong>East</strong><br />

<strong>Hanover</strong> <strong>Township</strong>, Dauphin County, will receive member benefits with<br />

South Central. Listed below are some of the key highlights of membership.<br />

The Ambulance Membership covers the patient’s costs for all<br />

emergency, medically necessary ambulance services, as allowed under<br />

state and federal laws, within the geographic primary response<br />

area¹ of South Central Emergency Medical Services, Inc., as approved<br />

by Dauphin County Emergency Management Agency.<br />

• Membership benefits are only applicable when South Central EMS,<br />

Inc., is the responding/transporting emergency medical services,<br />

(EMS) unit.<br />

LOWER DAUPHIN YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION<br />

The <strong>East</strong> <strong>Hanover</strong> Youth Football Association and the South <strong>Hanover</strong><br />

Knights have come together to form one organization, the Lower Dauphin<br />

Youth Football Association Warriors. The LD Warriors is a youth sports<br />

organization open to all Lower Dauphin School District residents offering<br />

both football and cheerleading to boys and girls ages 5-14.<br />

The fundamentals of football and cheerleading will be taught, along with<br />

important lessons of teamwork, sportsmanship and self confidence. The<br />

SAND BEACH GIRLS BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION<br />

This Association is open to all children attending grades 1 thru 6, residing<br />

in <strong>East</strong> or South <strong>Hanover</strong> <strong>Township</strong>s. The Association offers a 1st-2nd<br />

grade instructional program and for grades 3 thru 6 intramural and travel<br />

basketball. The Association makes having fun a top priority, as well as<br />

teaching the fundamentals of basketball. The program runs from November<br />

“HIGH ON KIDS”<br />

High on Kids is an organization comprised of Lower Dauphin School<br />

District parents, educators, businessmen, clergy, medical professionals,<br />

and law enforcement officers who care about kids.<br />

With the prevalence of alcohol and drug usage across the United States<br />

having reached alarming proportions, we believe that we need to ensure<br />
