• Your Doc<strong>to</strong>r Is A Liar! Don’t believe a<br />
single word that they say.<br />
• CHOLESTEROL does NOT cause heart<br />
disease. S<strong>to</strong>p worrying about your “cholesterol”<br />
levels.<br />
• All prescription drugs <strong>and</strong> all over the<br />
counter drugs are poisons that cause serious<br />
side effects. Just say NO <strong>to</strong> all drugs.<br />
• Drugs that lower your “cholesterol” do<br />
NOT prevent heart disease or heart attacks!<br />
Even the drug companies publicly<br />
admit this.<br />
• Find a qualified “natural” health expert.<br />
Find a good naturopathic, homeopathic,<br />
chiropractic or Oriental herbal/acupuncture<br />
practitioner <strong>to</strong> guide you <strong>to</strong>wards<br />
better health. (Throughout this book,<br />
when I use the word “doc<strong>to</strong>r”, I am referring<br />
<strong>to</strong> a Western-style medical doc<strong>to</strong>r<br />
or M.D.)<br />
• If you want <strong>to</strong> avoid heart disease, alter<br />
your diet <strong>to</strong> eat the way people ate<br />
hundreds of years ago when there was<br />
NO heart disease. Eat more protein.<br />
Eat more foods that contain CHOLES-<br />

TEROL such as eggs, butter, cream, red<br />
meat <strong>and</strong> organ meats. Eat more foods<br />
that contain Vitamin C <strong>and</strong> Copper. S<strong>to</strong>p<br />
eating sugar. S<strong>to</strong>p eating processed foods.<br />
• Avoid processed oils (soybean, canola,<br />
corn, etc.) hydrogenated oils, partially<br />
hydrogenated oils <strong>and</strong> any food that is<br />
prepared in a heated oil that may contain<br />
these <strong>to</strong>xic “foods” as if they were the<br />
plague! (They are!)<br />
• As a bare minimum, take the following<br />
nutritional supplements on a regular<br />
basis...<br />
Multiple Vitamin Multiple Mineral<br />
(including magnesium <strong>and</strong> copper) Multiple<br />
Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) Vitamin C Gelatin/Collagen/Protein<br />
supplement<br />
• Get your natural doc<strong>to</strong>r <strong>to</strong> check your insulin<br />
level (not blood sugar, not glucose,<br />
INSULIN). It should be 10mU/ml or<br />
less. If it is higher than that, then you<br />
need <strong>to</strong> eat less of everything <strong>and</strong> you<br />
definitely need <strong>to</strong> eat less sugar <strong>and</strong> fewer<br />
carbohydrates.<br />
• Tell your medical doc<strong>to</strong>r(s) <strong>to</strong> take their<br />
“cholesterol” tests, their “cholesterol” lowering<br />
drugs <strong>and</strong> their reduced CHOLES-<br />
TEROL diets <strong>and</strong> tell them <strong>to</strong> go straight<br />
<strong>to</strong> hell! Their beliefs are based on faulty<br />
statistical analysis, their drugs are poisonous<br />
<strong>and</strong> their advice does not work!<br />
