Remote Annunciator Option (PCM2 OPT4)
The Remote Annunciator option consists of a module with Contamination
(Alarm), Counting/Ready, and Re-count lights. Also, the panel has an "Alarm"
horn and an Alarm Acknowledge switch. When an alarm occurs during a
measure cycle the Contaminated light and the Alarm horn turn on. The Alarm
horn in the Remote Annunciator can be silenced by pressing the Alarm
Acknowledge switch. This does not silence the horn in the instrument. The
Ready light on steadily indicates the PCM-2 is ready to perform a measurement.
The Ready light flashing indicates a measurement in progress. The Re-count light
indicates the user has exited the PCM-2 before the measure cycle is complete.
This option includes the cable CA-89-XXFT (XX denotes cable length in feet),
which connects the PCM-2 to the Remote Annunciator. The length of this cable
must be specified by the user when ordering this option. Maximum cable length
is 200 feet.

Board Parts List
The following table lists the electronic items incorporated in the PCM-2 Remote
Annunciator Board and should contain any part necessary for normal electronic
repair. Unless otherwise specified callouts of manufacturers and manufacturers'
part numbers are to be considered typical examples only and not restrictions
against using equivalent parts with the same operating characteristics. When
ordering parts from Eberline, specify model number, serial number, reference
designation, value and Eberline part number, or a word description if the part has
no reference designation. Eberline will automatically substitute equivalent parts
when the one called out by the manufacturers' part number is not available.
