RAM, separate computer controlled thresholds for beta and alpha pulses, anticoincidence
circuitry to prevent alpha pulses from being counted in the beta
channel.
Microprocessor based, computer controlled high voltage adjustment up to 2500
volts, failure sensing provided.
16 separate gas flow proportional detectors subdivided into 34 counting zones:
9 large - 212 sq in. (1368 sq cm) detectors
4 medium - 113 sq in. (728 sq cm) detectors
3 small - 50 sq in. (325 sq cm) detectors
