Speakers‘ Corner
The Speakers’ Corner in hall 14.2/15.2 can be rented by
exhibitors for their presentations or speeches. Following the
spirit of the famous example at the Hyde Park in London,
there aren’t any content related guidelines besides a time
limit of one hour. Exhibitors can present their company, products
or novelties within this hour. The exhibitors are solely
responsible for the content of their timeslot, as for example
the topic, the agenda of the event or the choice of speakers.
Depending on availability a maximum of one timeslot can be
booked.

With the PTI Hall Forum in hall 6.1 another Speakers’
Corner will be launched, exclusively for exhibitors of the
segments Public Transport and Interiors. Exhibitors of the
segments Railway Technology, Railway Infrastructure and
Tunnel Construction can still book a timeslot at the rooms
in the halls 14.2 and 15.2.
All trade visitors can attend the Speakers’ Corner free of charge.
The topics of the events will be published by InnoTrans
(website, Convention Guide and InnoTrans-app). Editorial
deadline is on 15 June 2012. Additionally, exhibitors should
promote their presentation (e.g. invitations, advertisements
and announcements).
Messe Berlin provides a conference room with basic technical
equipment, technicians and translators (English, German) for
the presentations.

Duration: 1 Hour (+ 15 minutes for setup and
dismantling each)

The assignment of the timeslots will be done by Messe Berlin depending on availability. Each exhibitor can book a maximum of one
timeslot. The booking needs to be confirmed by Messe Berlin!
The preparation and implementation of the content of the presentation (e.g. topic, speakers, moderator) is task of the exhibitor.
Messe Berlin will provide basic technical equipment (as listed in the information sheet enclosed). Furthermore Messe Berlin provides
2 media engineers and 2 translators.
Editorial deadline for publishing the topic of the timeslot in the InnoTrans information material (website, Convention Guide and
InnoTrans-app) is on 15 June 2012. For translators’ briefing, information about the presentations (nomenclature of the topic,
speeches, PowerPoint presentations) needs to be handed in before 8 September 2012.
Due to the tight time schedule of the program it is not allowed to offer catering at the Speakers‘ Corner. Water for the speakers will
be provided by Capital Catering GmbH, the exclusive catering company for the conference area.

In addition we order to brand the back wall with our logo (max. 130cm x 100cm) at the price of 180 EUR plus VAT
(incl. production). The exhibitor provides the logo (.eps-file).
The mentioned prices are subject to statutory value-added tax. By signing this order you acknowledge the Conditons of
Participation at InnoTrans 2012 and the General Terms of Business for Trade Fairs and Exhibitions of Messe Berlin.
Important note: Please clarify the internal order number for your company/your client for these services. For later alteration
of invoices an additional handling fee of 30 EUR plus VAT will be charged.
