CLIENT<br />
People Centric is a web recruitment company dedicated to the IT field. Its activity is organised following two main<br />
axes:<br />
- selection and preselection of candidates on the European market;<br />
- application development for the management of the recruitment process: a complex web system for job<br />
application management, a client interface for viewing candidate files, an online testing application, job blogs,<br />
etc.<br />
PROJECT<br />
The application developed by the <strong>Pentalog</strong> team allows to assess candidates' knowledge by means of quiz<br />
tests and coding exercises. The quiz tests contain between 20 40 multiple choice questions and they are time<br />
limited. The coding exercises are carried out in a development environment accessible in a cloud. The<br />
candidate can modify the code, commit it, deploy his application and view an analysis report for his code. Once<br />
a developer has finished his exercise, the recruiters can launch the application to see the final result of the<br />
candidate's task or to generate a report analyzing the quality of the code, based on Jenkins or SonarQube<br />
(several coding standards) and results of regression and functional tests.<br />
