- Choriocarcinomas (1%)<br />

Tumors with a mixture <strong>of</strong> seminoma and nonseminoma components<br />
are managed as nonseminomas<br />
Tumors with seminoma histology but with elev<strong>at</strong>ed serum AFP are<br />
tre<strong>at</strong>ed as nonseminomas
