The ability of a company to respond to today’s market forces involves the identification and management of the value stream. The focus of this
certificate is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to examine how a company can provide value to its customers while staying agile and
competitive. It looks at the tools and techniques of value creation and waste reduction within both manufacturing and service organizations while
optimizing the company’s resources.
